H.pyloriis the only bacterium that can live in the human stomach.According to statistics, 95% of chronic gastritis,90% of duodenal ulcers, over 70% of gastric ulcers and 63.4% of gastric cancers are caused by H. pylori infection.Antibodies to H. pylori are produced in the body 1-3 months after infection and the H.pylori serum antibody test isnot affected by medication or locallesions in the stomach and is highly accurate.

lntended use

This product is used for the qualitative detection of antibodies to H. pylori in human whole blood/serum/plasmasamples for clinical use as an aid in the diagnosis of H. pyloriinfection.

Operation steps and result interpretation

1. Positive (+):Two purple-red bands appear.One is located in the detection area (T), and the other is located in the quality control area (c).

2. Negative (-): only a purple-red band appears in the quality controlarea(C).There is no purple-red band in thedetection area(T).

3. lnvalid: There is no purple-red band in the quality controlarea (C).In anycase, it should be retested.
