Product background
HCG is produced by the syncytial trophoblast of the placenta.On day 6 after fertillisationof the sperm and egg, the trophoblast of the fertilised egg gradually for ms and begins to secrete trace amounts of HCG,which can be detected as early as 7-9 days after fertlisation.The amount of hcg ases rapidly in early pregnancy and can approximately double in 48 hours, reaching a peak at 8-10 weeks,continuing to decline rapidly for ten days and disappearing completely two weeks after delivery.
lntended use
This product is used for the qualitative detection of HCG levels in serum or urine. To diagnose whether a sample provider is pregnant or not.For testing by health care providers and for home self-testing for eartly diagnosis of pregnancy.
Operation steps and result interpretation
1. Positive(+): Two purple-red bands appear.One is located in the detection area ( T), and the other is located inthe quality contro larea(c).
2. Negative (-): only a purple-red band appears in the quality control area(C).There is no purple-red band in thedetection area (T).
3. Invalid:There is no purple-red band in the quality controlarea(C).In any case, it should be retested.rea(C).
