Operation steps and result interpretation
1. Posiive (r): Two purple-red bands appear.One is located in the detection area (T).and the other is located inthe quality controlarea (Q.TheT line is thicker than the C line , or the c and t lines are of equalintensity. Thisindicatesthatan LH peak has occutred and avulation is likely to occur within the next 24 to 36houts.
2. Neg ative(-): one ar twopurple-red b ands appear.Oneislocated in the testzone(T) and the otherinthe quabitycontrolzone(C), but the T line is fainter thanthe Cline or nol line is present.Thisindicates thatthe LH peak hasnotyet occurred andthat daiy testing needsto be continued .
3. Invalid : There is no purple-ted bandin the quality control area(CJ.n any case, it should be retested.
