Helicobacter Pylori is a gram-negative bacillus. It settles and infects after reaching the gastric mucosa by mouth. It causes chronic and superficial gastritis in a few weeks or months, and it develops into ten years after a few years or decades. Diodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, peptic ulcer, lymphoproliferative gastric lymphoma, chronic atrophic gastritis, etc. 67%-80% of gastric ulcers and 95% of duodenal ulcers are caused by Helicobacter pylori.
This product is used for the qualitative detection of Helicobacter pylori antigen in human stool samples.
Positive (+): Two purple-red bands appear. One is located in the detection area (T), and the other is located in the quality control area (C).
Negative (-): Only a purple-red band appears in the quality control area (C). There is no purple-red band in the detection area (T).
Invalid: There is no purple-red band in the quality control area(C).
